I recently came across a vacant government property under your care. I am aware that the Department manages several properties that may be currently unused. While I appreciate the efforts to secure these assets, I believe the cost of maintaining them, particularly with security measures in place, must be considerable.
I would like to propose an arrangement where my family, working professionals and residents of Johannesburg, take responsibility for maintaining and utilizing one of these vacant government properties.we believe that by occupying and caring for these properties, we can help reduce the financial burden on the government while ensuring these assets are well-maintained and put to good use.We are eager to contribute positively to the community and believe that this initiative could be beneficial for both the government and our family. If this is an option the Department might consider, I would appreciate the opportunity to discuss it further.
