Dear Joint Constitutional Review Committee, I am perturbed that the President has absolute authority in the decision whether to investigate a Health Department Fund e.g. No Fault Compensation Fund. An SIU case number 250116-152727-7292 exists but no investigation because the President refuses to sign the proclamation. This is unconstitutional and not democratic at all, my question is how did this happen and what can be done to rectify this? It has also come to my attention that the fund in question have never been audited, yet it was established in 2020 after the Health Department received foreign funding.
