Dear Portfolio Committee on Justice and Constitutional Development, I would like to raise the non democratic issue whereby the President has the SOLE authority to sign a SIU proclamation to investigate a Health Department Fund; the C-19 No Fault Compensation Scheme Fund for the victims of vaccinations, and he refuses to do so.

1.This authority that the President has is unconditional there has to be a democratic solution?
2. There are several breaches according to the Disaster Management Act 2002 and the administration of the C-19 No Fault Compensation Fund.
