I currently doing research on the sports, recreation, arts and culture portfolio in the South African parliament, and I would like to ask the roles of this committee, the portfolio committee on Sport and Recreation, the roles, duties and goals of the newly appointed minister, Nkosinathi Mthethwa, and the roles of the portfolio and goals of the entire portfolio (Department of sport, recreation, arts and culture).
