To whom it may corncern

I have complain about the poor service at that department above people were in queing since early morning to get there paper work done, some of people was there for other reasons as the people were told by staff there is just 3 that was available while there were 5 and service were slow as for myself has to go home with another people less then 20 they must be open till 4 but they close doors half past 3 all the peolpe that went home were very upset and were complaining they gonna report the matter so if its possible please look into the matter so we can get better service cause it was very slow thank you for your corporation.
