Dear Portfolio Committee on Employment and Labour,
I am writing to complain about service we received at above mentioned branch. We stand in que in early hours of the morning only to find out they service less than 20 people on enquiries.
On the 25th of November 2020 they stop calling us at 13.30 stay with empty chairs inside until close to 16.00. When we were inquiring about situation they call police.
This was not first time we go home without being serviced, not because of number but staff that always complain about system being down.
I am writing this letter very devastated by this treatment as if we are not human.
