Dear Portfolio Committee on Labour,
I have a complaint against the department of labour centre roodepoort. I have been on maternity leave since 01/10/2019 and have been visiting the Roodepoort labour Centre to sign continuation of payment forms. I have always taken my newborn baby with as I do not have anyone to babysit as yet. I went to the labour center on the 16th of January 2020 and was told I must wait in the very longest snake que even though i was carrying my little girl. It's really sad because in other labour centre's mothers with infants get priority. I even asked to see the supervisor by the name of Charmaine who still told me to go wait in the que. That is very poor and terrible service.
