Dear Portfolio Committee on Agriculture, Land Reform and Rural Development,

My name is Slindile Zungu.

I am sent by the elderly people that were removed from their homes in Beniva farm in Ugu District KZN during apartheid.
They feel left out when spoken about Land.They say the government forcuses on people that need land for building homes and those that wants to work on the land.

They say no one is talking about the old people that were forcely removed from their homes and left their loved ones graves and live stock.They planted sugar cane and gum tree on the graves.It hurts them so much because some of them a passing away with their hearts brocken.

Please assist by including the elderly on this.
