Dear Portfolio Committee on Cooperative Governance and Traditional Affairs, I'm Charmaine Lemmetjies from the Oppermansgronde Communal Property Association.

The OCPA are currently useless for us as the members as greed has taken over. The OCPA Committee are now consisting of only the elite and are busy to impoverish the Oppermans community. We as women are evicted from our 5 HA of irrigation land and a white farmer is making millions on our 300HA of communal land.

Rural Development and Land Reform are failing as as women and children (households) ! We live currently under the bread line and RDLR just turns a blind eye when it comes to this CPA.

WE AS DESCENDANTS AND MEMBERS WANT THIS OCPA DISMANTLED OR PLACED UNDER ADMINISTRATION ASAP!! ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!!

Hope you see the urgency of this matter and attend to it urgently.
