On behalf of Nafcoc Metsweding we wish to submit a petition on the Revival of Ekandustria industrial Park ,Amid scarcity of jobs,it is our conviction that this industrial park have a potential to create +-35000 direct permanent jobs and many more indirect job opportunities ,as well as provide an opportunity for inclusive growth taking on board township based SMMEs ,as we grow the township economy ,

DTIC must lead this process and involve all relevant stakeholders ,including local interests groups.

We call for the implementation with immediate effect the intergovernmental agreement in respect of the industrial park revival with clear cut mile stones and same be monitored by the NCOP relevant Select Committee.
