Dear Portfolio Committee on Justice and Correctional Services, I would like to make a submission to parliament in line with the rule of law as stated in the constitution. I therefore
request in the interest of justice a fair trial, without favor and prejudice for Rev Tim Omotoso and that the state should do their investigation and provide a proper detailed charge sheet, in the interest of administration of Justice. It’s a violation of human right in a criminal case to detain a person on a vague charge sheet.A fair trial ensures justice for both the complainants and the defendants.
