I am writing to seek your assistance regarding an outstanding invoice with the Road Accident Fund related to prosthetic appliances for two of our patients. We applied for these appliances in February of last year and received feedback only in September.

As per the requirements of the Road Accident Fund, we were instructed to supply the necessary components, which the patients then received and signed for. We complied fully with this process and absorbed the costs for the prosthetic appliances, which were quite expensive.

Despite submitting the signed invoice and following up multiple times, we have not received any feedback or resolution regarding the payment. This delay has put us in a difficult position, and we are desperate for assistance.

We would greatly appreciate your guidance on how we can resolve this matter or any steps we can take to expedite the process. Your support in this situation would mean a great deal to us.
