Dear Portfolio Committee on International Relations and Cooperation,

Veteran Honorable Members will know that during early 2009 DIRCO proudly announced the winner of a Pan-African architectural competition to design a permanent building for the Pan-African Parliament on a chosen site in Midrand.

By 2022, not one brick had been laid. Can the Committee please get DIRCO to take this up with Treasury, and get a budget to start this thirteen-year overdue project?
