I am working for a company so that the company during first lockdown,they claimed Uif-Covid 19 Ters then told us that they didn't Claim for Covid 19 Ters,so they took all Our Annual Leaves for 2020- 2022.Well they only pay us for 1 month and applied for Work Permit for us then took all our leaves days.but when I checked I found that the company during COVID-19 Ters benefited from 01/May/2020 -13/June/2020.
Again we are working for Public Holidays Without Double pay is only normal pay.We are forced to work for overtimes without paying because inside our company there's another 2 more companies which we are doing their daily work that's why we are forced to work for unpaid overtimes and unpaid public holidays.
