Dear Portfolio Committee on Higher Education and Training, is there any good reason why student still have not received their allowances, how do you expect students, particularly at CPUT to perform well in their academics if they have no books, food. parliament if failing to address our issues as students and youth of South Africa. parliament is full of old, incompetent and political delinquents who have failed the youth dismally. please do something students must receive their nsfas allowances before, you as government invite another student mass revolution.
