Dear Portfolio Committee on Justice and Correctional Services,
I am Zukiswa Zokufa from Eastern Cape a prosecutor. I want to know as to why the minister has refused to listen to our problems in the Npa.
We have written to the minister several times,can the minister please intervene Npa managers are silencing us through an unconstitutional media policy.
Our constitional rights and labour rights are infringed,Npa has no respect for the black prosecutors and this will remain like until intervention. When asked about this they will say there is task team looking into it,who is this task,where is it,what is it investigating,we are the aggrieved prosecutors and nothing has been done to solve this,we are being victimised,there is still apartheid in the Npa.
