Re- Benoni Labour Centre

I have applied for Unemployment Insurance claim on the 9th June 2020 to date I did not receive any payment, every month I visit the centre- Benoni branch the response I get is that the application is under assesment, how long does assesment of an application take?

I have written an email to the centre manager but there was no response or acknowledgement of receipt
