Good Morning

I am writing this email as my last attempt to get help. I have made numerous attempts to get responses from DMV on the status of my daughters application for her school fees to be paid by the Department as she is a Dependant of a Military Veteran.

The situation has escalated to a point where the school has instituted legal action due to the nonpayment of the child's fees. Last year we went through the same traumatic excersise which resulted in the account being handed and last years fees were only paid in April this year.

I have sent numerous emails to Pondy who deals with payment but she has not responded to the emails knor has she atleast acknowledged receipt of the email. I phoned and sent emails to the Presidential Hotline office at the DMV and Oderile took my details 3weeks ago and hasnt given me any feedback since then. I even sent an emails the Director General's email even that was met with no responses.

The phones in that Department are seldom not answered and in the few occasions when I call or they are answered the person promises to get information about the status of my daughters application but after that they ignore calls and never give any feedback.

I am praying that your office will assist as this situation has resulted in my daughter being victimised and rediculed at the school and next years application for admission at another school being rejected due to the non payment of fees at her current school.
