Dear Select Committee on Health Social and Services,

I, Rooksana Reyazuddin, have been a victim of the dreaded vaccine side effects since Aug 2021..since Sept 2021 I have been emailing the respective authorities that was provided behind the card to report it and since been doing so to various others..

To date, I have been ignored and my case has not been addressed and due to my non curable chronic illnesses like Pot's, central sensitivity syndrome and fibromyalgia being a few of my major daily challenges which requires urgent treatment, I would like to know how long and why does it take so long as I do not have time on my side to wait this out any further.

My frustration is mounting due to my disabilities and lack of finance due to me now being unemployed and always ill, I refuse to be silenced till I have my case addressed.

This is absolutely pathetic how our government has handled this so far and I am left struggling just about surviving each day in a body that feels like it's about to die anytime.

I look forward to answers and a way that my case can be addressed urgently.
