Stakeholders in this field are anxious to understand where this draft Bill is in the legislative process. In terms of calls for comment in December last year, no acknowledgement of said comments or feed-back has been received. We wish to also place on record that there has not been adequate engagment with all stakeholders, specifically in the, recreation and leisure sectors.
