Dear Portfolio Committee on Home Affairs,

We are concerned with the new amendments as they do not take into consideration country of origin with a growing threat of terrorisms, espionage for political infiltration/interference and hot pursuit of Pan Islamism (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pan-Islamism) with many countries countries posing a threat to South African National security, each individual and foreign parents must go through a security threat profiling (age, associations, country's of origin, .etc) ... this new regulations will spur the growth of anchors babies (https://www.breitbart.com/politics/2019/01/16/number-of-anchor-babies-in-california-twice-wyomings-total-population/) (https://www.breitbart.com/tag/anchor-babies/) () a huge problem in USA e.g California and other countries, somthing SA cant handle a developing economy... this alone will place a burden on SA fiscal and place a burden on BBBEE beneficiaries and its intentions just 18 years later individuals are born of foreign parents...

Most Prosperous Countries such china, USA, etc have very strong immigration laws to spur economical growth, this regulation will hurt SA, without reprimanding African Countries that don't take care of their citizens.

Again it does not apply the principle of reciprocity (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Reciprocity_(international_relations)) as some countries dont follow the same AU protocol laws (https://qz.com/africa/1199618/nigeria-visas-restricted-for-foreign-workers-under-new-buhari-order/) (https://sadcnews.org/2020/07/28/malawi-launches-operation-to-flush-out-illegal-immigrants/) and keep releasing harden terrorists back in to society in a country with 50% Muslim and believe in Shar*a law... what makes SA think they (Nigerians terrorists) wont end up in SA to assist is*s in Mozambique via South Africa, Pan islama*sm is danger to SA, anchor babies will fuel it even more (https://twitter.com/imamofpeace/status/1286343136751624192).

The regulations must make sure that each country accommodated must have a similar law back in their countries... else it acts against the best interest of ordinary South Africans... e.g SA cant afford it it also dilutes GDP per capita... hurting SA's investments profile
