When will the National Qualifications Framework Amendment Bill come into force? We are aware that the Act was passed by the National Assembly in November 2018 and the National Council of Provinces in March 2019 being signed into law by our President in August 2019. A further Consultative Paper on the proposed amendments was issued on 26 March 2020, and no further updates have been seen. Please could you give some indication or update on this important Act and what the reason is for the delay?
