Dear Portfolio Committee on Higher Education, Science and Innovation,
My son completed his N3 Electrical in Dec 2020. In Marxh 2021 we applied via Ntek College in Pretoria for his N3 Certificate. To-date this has not been sent to him or received by his College.
I have tried contacting the Pretoa Head Office but get pushed from pillar to post.
Can some one please assist in this regard.
