Good day,

I trust you are well, please acknowledge that i encountered the negligence and remained unassisted about my claim,i claimed on the 15th July 2022,i call the UIF Contact Center almost every day but the is no one will to assist nor give a valid update,even when i open my profile online shows that nothing is updated but i sent all the requested documents

I have been awaiting my UIF for the past 6 months with no payout to me as hardworking individuals as the Human Right Commision will understand how this is a violation of my rights.

A speedy response will be appreciated. This does not mean our rights exceed others rights but the urgency of the matter should be taken into consideration.
