Dear Portfolio Committee on Land Reform and Rural Development,
I bought land a four years ago and are paying my municipality fees but I have NOT build any structure on the land, its vacant. I would like to know why do we still pay fees for land that we bought from our own monies without government providing jobs. Why do we pay these municipality fees for land that we are trying to build on. My question is basically ,how can you pay for something but you have NOT used the water or sewage or any part of the services that's listed on the municipality statement that we receive.
