I would like to know how much municipalities collectively sponsor sports teams in South Africa and what each individual team gets. In Addition, some municipalities have signed deals with football teams to lure those teams to play games in those municiaplities, namely Kaizer Chiefs playing in Limpopo. I would like to know the details of the specific deal and if there was any economic benefit to the municipality from the arrangement.
