I took note of your TV address regarding the implementation of Life style auditing.
However this is still a retro spective method which would appear to be the most common method used in the public service ie after the fact monitoring
I have not herd of any sttate department that is implementing concurrent monitoring-a metod used in quality mangement
Is this possible for the state departments to come in line with the privtae sector?
