Dear Portfolio Committee on Human Settlements,
Sharp! Sebokeng — kea o lokisetsa e felletse, o kopitsa feela o paste-e.

Dear Chairperson of the Portfolio Committee on Human Settlements,
I am writing as a concerned resident of Sebokeng to report serious corruption and discrimination at our local Housing office.
Houses that belong to us, which we have waited years for on the waiting list, are being sold by officials working inside the Housing department itself.
When we go to the office to ask about our houses, we are told directly to our faces: "You will not get houses because we don't want you here."
This is corruption, abuse of power, and a clear violation of our constitutional right to adequate housing.
I humbly request the Portfolio Committee to:
1. Launch an urgent investigation into the selling of RDP/BNG houses in Sebokeng.
2. Demand a transparent and public beneficiary allocation list from the Department of Human Settlements in Sebokeng.
3. Take action against the officials involved and protect residents from intimidation.
We are lawful, poor citizens who have followed every procedure. We have nowhere else to go. Please help us.
Thank you for standing up for justice.
Resident of Sebokeng
