Dear Portfolio Committee on Sport, Arts and Culture, I'm writing this mail as a concern resident, registered player and part of a exco member of a football club.

There is a lack of accountability, asset maintenance and mismanagement from the Municipal Facility Management Committees (MFMC) or (SAMCO) in my area and we are in dyer need of assistance to resolve this issue.
I do not want my email to get lost in the inbox so i will keep it short.
