Dear Portfolio Committee on Defence and Military Veterans,

I'm worried because on our call up instruction it stipulates that as a reserve you are on call up and it necessarily mean you are permanently employed, so l want to understand in the case l get a 3 months call and l am already receiving the pension fund then what will happen when the call up ends?

I believe we qualify to receive the pension benefit since we are veterans and not regular force. Or it means l have to be employed elsewhere except the d fence force for me to qualify?
