Dear Portfolio Committee on Police,

I was Implanted a microchip without my permission at Hermanus Provincial Hospital by Sr Pretorius on the 05 August 2018.

I have an X Ray that shows the white dot which Microchip and it is giving me problems I'm hear voices of Torture Harass Control bully and I'm being Threatened by these voices coming from Hermanus Detectives and Police Admin Clerks. So me of their names are : MJONOSE MHLOBO MBUYISELO KAMANA SICELO KAMALO SIZIWE MSHENXISWA, Akhona Sweli etc..

I want Justice to be Served Against these Individuals .

I need answers

Who sent Sr Pretorius to Implant me a Microchip ?

Who signed a permission to Implant me ?

Why did they implant me ?

Who are the Operators of the Microchip System ?

Please Portfolio Committee on Police I need your help to expose these people who did this . I don't sleep they keep on saying lot of staff to me Threatening me

THEY VIOLATED ALL MY HUMAN RIGHTS EVEN MY DIGNITY

I tried to contact the office and PA of Western Cape Minister of Health Sr Nomafrench Mbombo by several Emails she is not answering me or giving me a feedback as if she knows about this.

I've also reported to National SAPS of and they Refferred my to Western Cape Commissioner Of Police with case number : INSP 270/03/2020 And also I contacted Hawks DPCI they Refferred my case to Lt Gen Matakata Yolisa even here she never gave me any feedback or sent anyone to me ask how can we help you Phaphama Ngcebetshane?

As if they know about Crime and they are also Involved it that is why they take action . I have all the Proof
