Dear Portfolio Committee on Health,

On 05 August 2018 I was Implanted a Microchip without my permission by Sr Pretorius at Hermanus Provincial Hospital.Ever since I started to hear voices , voices which are Torturing , Harassing , Controlling , Threatening and Bulling me ever since the day I was Implanted 24/7 it's hard to focus on important things that I should do.

I have all the Proof cause I did an X RAY so it shows a White as Foreign Body on my forehead.

So I don't know whySr Pretorius did it to me ,so I need answers and I need it to be removed as it is making damages to my Brain and I want to compesated by State of Western Cape Health as I did report to the office of Western Cape Health Minister Nomafrench Mbombo at this email : unathi.mayinje@westerncape.gov.za .

So I need Portfolio Committee on Health to intervene and also contact The Minister Of Western Cape Health and ask Sr Pretorius

why he implanted me ?
Who sent him to implant me ?
where are there voices coming from?
Who are operating on the Microchip system ?

The voices are from HERMANUS POLICE ADMIN CLERKS and DETECTIVES TO NAME FEW ARE : Mhlobo Mjonose ,Akhona Sweli , Sicelo Makalo , Siziwe Mshenxiswa , Mbuyiseli Kamana and etc....

Cause I don't sleep ,I'm not normal at all with what is happening to me and I need Justice to be served because it will happen to someone else and I'm saving next targeted victim and it seem as a new Wal of Torture Harass Control and Controlling

I have the X-RAY to show Sr Pretorius did it I'm not accussing him if says I'm lying.

I must be arrested and this is to proof I'm honest and Innocent
