Dear Select Committee on Cooperative Governance and Traditional Affairs, Water and Sanitation and Human Settlements, We hereby write this message to you with broken hearts at Collins Chabane local municipality , Menele village Ward 24 whereby we are facing a very big issue when it comes to water and human settlements.it sometimes takes more than two months without water where we are being forced to buy borehole water from people with boreholes,and our village is a very small village with people who lack money to buy water.We have more than 5 families that lack proper house's to lay their heads which is heartbreaking.Can the government intervenes because we will lose lot of people in our small village
