I was doing grade 12 on 2020 at Phambili High, I have a problem of
matric certificate that is not being issued it's been 3years now.
There was an error on my results but it was solved on 2021 but
still I couldn't find my certificate, I went to Truro house and
Malgate building but there is no way forward, even tried to email them they promised to respond on 20 March but they didn't . now I decided to
take next move because I really need my certificate because now I
have to graduate.

Mrs Coetzee from DOE signed my statement that have L.O last month I went to ask for certificate showing them statement, she took it and said statement was wrong I asked my self how because she's the one who signed and released it, I really need help, I am writing this email because I am worried nobody yet responded about my case, there's no way forward till now.

I did write here last year and Mr ray ask them to respond no one responded, it’s been years begging my certification I don’t know what to do now to get my certificate that I learned for, education please do justice for me I’m tired of begging my certificate
