Dear Standing Committee on Public Accounts (SCOPA),
We'community of GA PHALA village, we have a serious challenge of misused our school funds by SGB and Principal of kwata primary school then as we speak since the second quarter started the principal she didn't report at school, because of some evidence we have for misused public funds, we communicated with the following offices, but nothing happened :
1.our circuit manager, she don't care and seems as many things have interest in.
2.district representative, he send us back to circuit manager and not communicate with him anymore.
3.provincial, they promised to come back to us, but no one took it serious.
4.national,office of minister at media communication officer, she promised to come back us as she send it to Provencal level, but nothing happened.
So please people are looding public funds at public school and giving the department of education wrong info regarding overall of learners and paying lot of money. Help us please.
