Dear Portfolio Committee on Agriculture, Land Reform and Rural Development,

To take one man's farm, house, assets by force or without compensation to give to another has never in history solved any problems. In contrary it has just caused more problems.

I strongly disagree with the proposal to amend the constitution in this regard.
