I've lodged a complaint against my previous employer IThemba Shelter Oudtshoorns, at Oudtshoorns labour office for refusing to give the rite information on my UI19 form. I've been to there office numerous times from October 2020 after my unfair dismissal 17 September 2020, to apply for my UIF.

All I get from the officials at Oudtshoorns labour office is just absolutely nothing. I've been sending emails to the inspection who works with my complaint Mr. Jackie George...he doesn't even respond on any of my queries regarding my complaint.

The officials at Oudtshoorns labour office, just calls my previous employer, and exceps what that he doesn't respond on there calls nor there emails.

Where does this leave me,at the end of the day it's me that's suffering.
And the employer gets away with this childish, spiteful ways, it seems the labour office is there to cover for the employer to hell with the hard working employee.


I've worked for IThemba Shelter Oudtshoorns since 7 December 2019, 7 Days a week, From 7:00-12:00, no days off no weekend off, and in emergency I ALSO have to be on 24/7 standby call for R4100 a month.
