I am writing on behalf of a worker at my place of work who has been struggling to get answers on her claim from the fund after her husbands passing. She is a Zimbabwean and her husband was South African killed in the line of duty. She is struggling to get any kind of feedback regarding her claim since 2020. Is there some one who we can be directed to for assistance / Escalation ?
