Dear Portfolio Committee on Human Settlements,

I trust you are well.Since I wrote the letter to the committee of human settlements till today no response.Hence again I make a follow up before the 04 November 2026.

We are not taken seriously in our ward 10 for our people.Right now our people don't know what has happened about their subsidy for houses.Some houses are approved 1570,then 100 withdrawal and 85 history.
We want to know why are this 1570 approved people not going to their houses and two why this 100 withdrawal because this people never withdrawn their houses.

Another one is the big issue of title deeds,some farm houses got the title deed and some not.Two RDP and MASAKHANE houses still don't have title deed but they have been there for a decade now,what is going on ?
We have section 22 planning of Protea South that has 2260 houses,what happened about it because we believe that plan the money has come out for it.We needs those houses and the balance of 1500 that needs to be relocated at Lufhereng must also go so to accommodate the people left in the area.
