Dear Portfolio Committee on Employment and Labour,
What consideration are you giving for the millions of South Africans who have been excluded from work for decades and are now beyond the ages to be regarded as youth,yet are still willing to work?
People who have only found temporary and contract work with no benefits,paid at cost to company due to arrangements made by the ANC government and white supremacist groups to protect white I'll gotten wealth and status at the expense of black people. All the excluded and deprived who need justice. All we ever hear is about youth unemployment, what about us who are not youth?Please be human and not robotic and include all in your deliberations, this country needs to heal from hundreds of years of oppression,dispossetion and dehumanization of a particular people, it won't while we still deny the harm caused to BLACK indigenous South Africans. Don't discount the anger that simmers as a result of decades of betrayal by black presenting people who obfuscate and minimize and trivialize the pain of our people.
