Dear Portfolio Committee on Land Reform and Rural Development, I hereby want to know why the Oppermansgronde Communal Property Association is compliant and busy with mediation in the same year and on the same report? The CPA does not even have 200 active members. The claimants was 900 households, does this not bother you that descendants are evicted and isolated?

We urgently need the OCPA to be placed under administration ASAP.

We know of 456 HA of communal land on Rorichshoop that's been sold to Lindsal Boerdery BPK.

Free State RDLR are aware of this and many other human right violations however they turn a blind eye. 20 Members are now dragged to court after going to the OCPA Offices to demand a AGM. The OCPA Committee claim that this members were not allowed to came to the offices. The OCPA are now applying for an interdict against its members to make sure they won't enter a meeting again (interdict against OCPA Members).

RDLR Free State is silent and allow this process to proceed while they have an enquiry from Honey attorney's to place the OCPA Under administration to stop the conflict and chaos.

We urgently need intervention from Parliament.
