My name is Tshabalala Jabulani Piet.Born in 1986,April the 06th.I live in Fee State Region,Warden City at Ezenzeleni location.I was assaulted several times by security guards from Ballid Security company,based in Howick.I worked as a Petrol attendant at nearest fuel station.It all started on May 30 2023.February 2024 the 16th,I was admitted at Thebe hospital on wheel chair.I reported every matter to the police,CCMA,I even wrote emails to other nearest police stations.I am now unemployed because i was permanently disabled by the incident,my previous employer who aslo happen to be the one who paid the company guards to get me suspended at work.[the guard told me all that].i was charged with several false cases including stealing speedpoint machine at work.i was also pointed by gun at work by 2 thugs.Last year,on February 2024,the guards took me at home to the police station,from there,i was taken to a private place,[stadium].I was beaten to death,charged with robbing a petrol station.i opened the case,it was closed later.I had to escape hospital to save my life.I have no where else to go or seek help anymore.What troubles me most,is that i am having a lot of suicidal thoughts lately.I was deeply wounded,i lived in this trauma for quite a while now.I ask if is there anyone in this department who can help me tell my story in full.For the sake of my health and dignity,i have a bad feeling about this.I have already submitted myself to death,that is the reason I dont want to help myself...,in that way,I might bring hell on surface to innocent lives because the other half of my life was taken away from me.I was taken to the police station,then taken to be killed. I never got justice,i still need answers.I can be happy if you can respond.
