Dear Portfolio Committee on Land Reform and Rural Development,

There is an article regarding farm 1331 in Pneil. My mom has been holding onto the deeds for the last 10 years. My Great Grandfather is the legal owner and his son (my grandfather inherited the land. My Grandfather is deceased and my mother is the oldest child. She was contacted awhile back and told that the land is being fraudulently sold.
She needs to claim the land but does not know where to begin.

Please can someone contact us with further advice/information. We have just gotten a lawyer as we were told we need to go to court to resolve the matter.
