My name is Bulelani Sibuqashe from Plettenberg Bay. We are facing a huge housing backlog due to backyard dwelling, and people who are poor and born here are yet not having Houses while we registered since 2007/8 Up to date we still crying for our houses while people younger than us, new even in Plettenberg Bay within 3 years of arrival they get houses.
When raising these issues we are told to go home and wait till Jesus comes I assume its because of of our political affiliation.
Some houses are destroyed due to poor quality of the builders that were approved by the municipal officials they are in various bad and sad conditions. The government doesn't do anything and some they are burnt but no provisions are being made instead people are suffering when bad weather conditions arrives and disaster's accurs.

We need you intervention of inspection, oversight visits etc. don't hesitate to call me on: 074 994 0720. I know the separate of powers from national, provincial ND local. Please take note and I promise to assist you with proper proof ND investigation with proof of testimonies accompanied by pictures ND paper work.
