Kindly assist

I have submitted my UIF claim in February 2022 on U-filing
The system had an error where I was not able to put my banking details
waiting2 months trying every week your support team fixed the error
I submitted my UIF claim in April 2022 up to today I have had no response from your complaints department. Phone every week the same story at the assessor for approval
I am now out of pocket and have no income for food I will be thrown out of my place if I don't pay in 4 days
This is so unnecesary

I need urgent action please
