Dear Portfolio Committee on Defence and Military Veterans,
ON the 08/02/2023 I applied for mil vet housing on the same day the department send acknowledgement of receipt.After numerous phone calls to the call centre where you would not find somebody on any given day answering,I eventually find a person by the name Lindiwe she then checked and according to her they never received such an application I ask for an explanation which up until now I haven't received.I then re-applied on the 19/012025 but have not received a acknowledgement of receipt.This is the worse service I ever experience please help.
