Dear Portfolio Committee on Justice and Correctional Services,
I am opposed to hate speech directed at a person or organization when the intent is to hurt a person/party and comes with bad or evil intentions. Having said this, I have no doubt that if this bill is passed it will also be used by bad people for the sole purpose of causing havoc and causing our already strained justice system to be overloaded with claims that will probably be dismissed in the end. I am begging you to reconsider the bill.
