Dear Portfolio Committee on Police,
Your suggestion that guns licenses will not be issued for self defense is total ridiculous , irrational and unconstitutional.
What you suggest is to lie ordinary citizens hands behind their backs and give the criminals an easy way of robbing and killing citizens. We all have the basic right to live and protect our families and property
