I hope that you are all well, however its different with us in North West Province at Bakwena Ba-Mogopa. We have very serious problems with Glencore Rhovan Mine that is not complying with Social and Labour Plan(SLP), Royalty issues and other things pertaining to operational(on site) compliance. i did engaged DMPR(Department of Mineral and Petroliam Resources) provincial and National regarding this but no response. this is was after the letter was send to the company instructing them to do a community participation within 30 day starting from 19th /June/2024 to 19th/July/2024.

We cant be having a company in the country that doesn't respect the law but we are to, by law no company should be granted a mining rights without SLP but we see that happening with Glencore Rhovan Mine that is in Bethanie, Bakwena Ba-Mogopa, Rustenburg local municipality.

Can this be one of your priority topics or matters you attend to.
