Dear Portfolio Committee on Cooperative Governance and Traditional Affairs,
I am a concern citizen at rural area called Tlhakajeng. I'm very much concern about incomplete projects brought by Ratlou local municipality, ie. Paving of internal road, fencing of cemetery, water supply projects. All the projects are incomplete and there is no valid reasons give to us as community, as to what happens to such service delivery that were left incomplete. All projects are in ward 11 of above-mentioned municipality.
